This structural inspection is invaluable and will enable you to make an informed decision when looking to buy a property.  Our inspectors will closely examine subfloor areas (where applicable), brickwork, roof and roof void, property fencing, retaining walls, moisture defects in wet areas, attached garage etc. 

Termites or "White Ants" can cause thousands of dollars in damage if left undetected and untreated.  Our inspectors will determine if termite damage is evident by inspecting areas such as roof frame, internal timber structures (doors, windows, window frames etc) and external timber structures (patios, decking etc).

Just like our lives have milestones so do new constructions.  We offer inspections at each critical point during your build.  The 5 stages are the slab, wall to plate height, roof framing, water proofing & lock up and finally the lock up or handover. Our inspectors will thoroughly assess each stage to ensure all workmanship by builders and tradesman are of a satisfactory standard.  We offer a generous discount if you accept all 5 stages.

This is a very critical inspection to do on your new build (in the event that a staged inspection was not done during construction).  This inspection will assess if your home is structurally sound internally and externally.  Inspectors will examine in detail, the workmanship such as brickwork, fittings, fixtures, plastering, paint coverage, roof framing, insulation, tiling, paving etc and assess if they have been completed to a satisfactory industry standard.
